17, 6, 3 & 4 last night. The people trashing him based on Summer League & preseason production should be red-faced.

So 1 good game makes him not a bust despite 37% fg and 24% from 3 on the season with over 5 attempts per game? He might be good one day. The blocks are nice, but overall has not proven that he is good right now.

Yes, he's not a bust. He is already a defensive beast at age 19. Any offense at this point is just gravy.

I remain skeptical that the Wizards will get the most out of him. I applaud them tanking correctly by playing their kids and I like how they're handling George and Carrington but they have got to stop what they're doing with Sarr. It's like they're playing him now, like he's the player they feel he eventually might become, instead of building up slowly until he's ready. He'd be better off shooting 15 footers and hitting turnarounds in the post instead of jacking up all these threes. Then after he's put in the work and proving he can shoot, he extends his range.

I genuinely do not understand what kind of person you have to be to make such remarks. Like betting and hoping for the failure of a kid just to have a "gotcha" moment. Why even the need to make a snark remark like this? I dont understand why NBA Fans are always so negative towards players and especially rookies as if they were bullied by them personally

2) weren't you touting Holland as the "clear choice #1"?

huh? Do you actually follow draft stuff or just live in your own bubble? There was a hefty amount of noise that Sarr was the best player in the draft and he should be the clear cut #1 guy by a lot of media heads and posters.

but yes I believed the two best prospects in the draft were Holland and Topic, those were my thoughts. I didn't think anyone who didn't have the same exact board as mine was absolutely wrong. I still think Holland and Topic both have chances to be the best player in the class and I very well could be wrong.

The main point here I was making was there was no sure fire right answer to best prospect or who should go #1 at the time of the draft and anyone dying on that hill for Sarr was just wishful thinking based on what we have seen.

I like Sarr and hope he doesn't bust and plays well/efficiently offensively. I don't know about the bullying stuff, maybe I'm the bully! I'm in the process of watching the movie Bully.
