Scoot off-ball is NOT an option. I'm not sure why Billups is playing him that way.

Also, the Blazers really, really need to work in a few post entry pass schemes into their offense. They look like a grade school team when they try and feed the post.

OKC is exposing Portland's lack of screen efficiency. Literally no Portland screens are creating an advantage. Great defense by OKC.

Also, Sharpe starting his disappearing act early in this one...

FINALLY a short PnR that is run correctly...and Clingan dunk from Scoot.

Blazer offensive scheme is too milquetoast, with no north/south movement and OKC is just picking it apart.

Great game. Gotta give it to the Blazers, they didn't roll over. Williams and SGA making big time shots...Blazers don't really have a player with that mentality and talent level.

I'd LOVE to see Shaedon get there, but he likely won't.

Scoot is taking too much time processing the game, both on defense without the ball and on the catch on offense. This plus his lack of threat from 3 allowed the OKC defense to get set the whole time he was on the court. Let's hope his game processing speeds up with more experience...
