Thibs has adapted to our personnel and has us as one of the best offensive teams and bringing out the best out of KAT and Hart offensively. Yet people want this man fired! Show yourselves!

I agree. I think the new players made Brunson’s job of adapting the hardest because he has to have a mental map of 4 other players. He’s catching up now and it should be good from here on.

That was 2019
Fast forward 5 years
And we Have KAT, OG, Brunson, Mikal, Hart, and still have the best player remaining from that previous lot in Mitch Rob. Now coached by Thibs
Leon Rose came and built a winner from top down, just incredible what he did in only 5 years

So many preseason gloom and doomers, guys still hating on the KAT trade, folks saying the season was finished before it ever began. :nonono:

We faithful Knicks fans can rejoice that we've been vindicated when we said: GIVE THE TEAM TIME TO GEL.

Still very early in the season, but we are figuring it out! Buckle up Knicks fan, we are just getting started!!

Josh Hart, who was supposed to be our offensive crutch and what doomed this starting lineup according to some, is now at 14/9/6 on 60/35/85 splits. Good for a 69% true shooting percentage.

What an elite role player to have. This team has a special offense right now.

I cant say this enough....

The Heat with Bosh Bron and Wade started 9-8. Wade and Bron couldnt figure out how to play off each other early. About 15 games in Wade takes the alpha role and fricken the rest is history.

The teams construction is about as ideal as it gets for a Thibs system except ONE thing ...they need a true elite backup rim protector. Mitch is THAT CAT. Precious will help somewhat here as well. Now can he stay healthy? Or do you try and still trade for Kessler or Poetl?

Yup. And I have been touting this KAT trade for a looooong time lol. But it was ALWAYS with an elite rim protector to get some minutes at the 5 too.
