If the Wizards finish out of the top 5 picks, I would like to see them trade or trade down to select Derik Queen.

Right now I’d have him #2 behind Flagg.

Man. There are 5-6 prospects in this draft that look very promising. We must finish with a bottom 2 record.

I like his early numbers and BBIQ. I've learned to be suspicious of BYU prospects since their stats don't seem to translate. As of right now I have Demin behind Nolan Traore though.

What's the French word for 'shifty'?

Traore plays the way I hope Bub someday plays. Next level intelligence and processing speed, great handle and use of screens, crafty interior scoring in traffic. Unrattled at every moment.

Plus I think it would be funny to have 3/5ths of the French NT starters going into the next Olympics.

Tough for me to buy into Traore with his 3-point shooting. Way under 30%. He’s clearly behind the other guys for me.

Traore stats this year in 9 games are very un-impressive.
BYU has been beating up on very poor competition.
Ace Bailey's big game was against Merrimack.

Too early to know the best in the draft. Would like to see Traore show some improvement.

I don't think they have their 1st in '25.

Edit they do have it with top 6 protection.

hard for me believe they would tank after getting Paul George. IF they got healthy and played some bad teams..they could win 7-8 in a row but i wonder what they are thinking up there. George and Embid are old and broken

If we get Flagg, i still dont see us scoring enough to be a factor next year and should still get a top 5 pick. If we get Ace or Dylan Harper...i might be more nervous about being too good to tank. I still think Flagg is the best long term prospect

I haven't been that impressed with what I've seen of Traore, and his size. I know a lot of people are high on him so I'll keep an open mind.

As far as Egor, before BYU he played for Real Madrid. Would you feel more confident about him if he was just a prospect coming from Real Madrid without the ties to BYU?

so far everyone seems to be playing weak competition. College ball this season so far has been frustrating to watch because of it, although the game tonight I saw Syracuse vs Texas was pretty good.

I wouldn't mind Juju in the 2nd round.

Just had a first look at his early numbers -- off the charts for a Freshman! & how about this debut outing:

Just read Paul George is hurt (again) which is not shocking.

But more importantly, North Carolina @ Hawaii follows the Duke/Arizona game.
