Cause if I were born a few months later, I could say the Jags have as many playoff wins in my lifetime as the Cowboys, and lead in conference championship appearances 3-0

Anyways, since 1996 the Cowboys have the same amount of playoff wins as the Jags, and have made it out of the divisional round 0 times to the Jags' 3.

You mean the Cowboys gave the Jags 30 YEARS to catch up in the SB win column and they couldn’t even get 1 SB win? And that’s what you’re bragging about?

The loser mentality is out of control on this site.

Your talking to a fan base that puts division titles in their rafters.

Until a few months ago, the Celtics were a historic franchise but had one ring in over 30 years. The Knicks have as many championships as the Bucks, and more than 19 other teams, but they're not really relevant cause it's been 50 years.
They will be after this season with Mikal and Towns on their roster now while getting rid of their most inefficient starter when healthy that would have hindered their winning progess.

The Knicks aren’t winning the title sorry.

Your correct. Celtics in a repeat !!!!!!!!!!!!! :wizard:

I feel like loser mentality is feeling the need to one-up the Jags lol

I’m not the one bragging about my team never winning the SB. Just saying

I'm not bragging about never winning a Superbowl, I'm mocking your team for having less postseason success than the Jags for almost 3 decades lol

I don't know why you're so mad

I'm not arguing the Jags are greater than the Cowboys, I'm saying if you even need to argue it, it kinda proves the point because of how bad the Jags are

This is really why nobody likes Cowboys fans, y'all can't take any kind of light ribbing. Hell, this entire thread was made because one of y'all is too good for 3 consecutive 12-win seasons

We don’t celebrate losing. Are Cowboys fans extremely optimistic and in many cases delusional? Absolutely. You won’t see Cowboys fans beating their chest celebrating getting beat in the playoffs like you guys here are doing though.

You brought up playoff wins for the Jags and having more than the Cowboys in the last 30 years, I’m just pointing out that none of those playoffs wins ended with the Jags getting a Lombardi trophy.

What makes you say this? Jerry has been trying to rid of the ghost of Jimmy Johnson for almost 30 years now, trying to show us how it was in fact him that was the mastermind behind the 90s dynasty. What suddenly might have changed in him to give away power? I ain't buying it, and the Derrick Henry saga this past summer has all the Jerry stink over it.

The truth of the matter is that as long as Jerry is breathing, the Cowboys will remain as fodders. Of course, in the unfortunate event of his passing you'd be stuck with his son, which might even be worse.

Yeah but Jerry wins either way because instead of asking for accountability Cowboys fans rather bury their heads in the sand and obssess over other teams

Fans can't actually do anything, but the reality is that most of the Dallas fan base has been raging at Jerry forever now. It doesn't matter and it is wasted energy. Jerry is the owner and GM and has been grooming Steven to take over when he either dies or decides he's had enough. IMO that moment is near as there have been plenty of signs that Steven has more and more control.

My personal opinion is that hatred toward Jerry is way overblown. He is far from perfect but has definitely been one of the better drafters in the league. He can only do so much, he isn't the one on the field playing and rings are a group effort.

Outside of that, the guy walked in and fired legend Tom Landry, hired Jimmy and brought a dynasty to Dallas. But fans are furious because he didn't bring another dynasty? It's okay to be upset that we haven't accomplished much in 25 years. It is. It's okay to say "you f****ked up Jerry hiring McCarthy he sucks". But the level of hatred that most Dallas fans have for Jerry goes beyond that. Many literally wish the guy death. I am sure BJJ will celebrate when he Jerry dies, despite getting 3 rings from him. Also, it's just grown tiresome. Like are we supposed to sit around and whine about Jerry all day? F**k that, count me out. It's just entertainment and I don't watch for that. It's not that serious.

Maybe you forgot how it works since 1996, but as the fan of a team, that has won a Super Bowl fairly recently, let me explain to you that you need to win a conference championship to get a chance at winning a Super Bowl. And to win a conference championship you need to win enough games to make it to the conference championship game. By not even making it there, a team is missing some very important steps on the way to winning a Super Bowl.

This is nonsense. lol
A team making the conference final decades ago gives them no advantage to making it in the future years.

It’s funny. Since Jerry took over only one owner has more SB wins. But if we did a poll Jerry would rank as one of the worsts.
