Even though this is true we all know it isn’t happening. They might not even win another game this season.

What we really should be discussing is, is this the worst Cowboys team ever? I know injuries are a huge part of their record but if we’re being honest they sucked before any of the injuries.

There’s a very good chance this team finishes on a 12 game losing streak (if the lose out). That would be the longest losing streak of all time for the Cowboys. I wasn’t around to watch those teams in the 60’s and know they were pretty bad but I feel like this team is worse. Dave Campo’s three 5-11 teams are a close 2nd.

I was just joking about the one seed. The odds are a trillion to one.
This team isnt that bad. Don't get me wrong when fully healthy this team wasn’t going to make the playoffs so no excuses.
But injuries have been huge. Hopefully we get a top 5 pick and when we do it will be building on a 8 win season. IMO.
We knew this team would regress but not 12 wins to 3. lol.
Using injuries as an excuse would be silly but they also cant be ignored.

True, any team that loses the players the Cowboys lost and they would be just as bad. That isn’t the reason they suck this year though. The Jones’ never took the running game serious this off season. They didn’t have a strong draft, and they have a lame duck HC.

I mean if you think about it they could have had a RB room of Derrick Henry and Tony Pollard (if they were really all in). Instead we have the corpses of Zeke and Dalvin Cook and Dowdle.

All true
I’m hoping it’s similar to 2015. The year before we won a playoff game and should have won two. In 2015 we were hurt and became the 4th worst team in the NFL
I’m 2016 the cowboys were the one seed.
Healthy this team wasn’t good but it wasn’t bad either.
Both things can be true.

Cooper Rush showed he’s good enough to not be the reason they lose when he has a great and loaded team around him. He doesn’t have that this time. He just doesn’t have the arm strength or talent to be the reason they win. I’m really not joking, this might be the worst Cowboys team ever.

I meant cooper rush has shown that he’s capable of sucking. I think the cowboys have nothing to lose so might as well see what the trey lance has. Maybe he can actually give some highlight worthy plays for cowboy fans in a down year

You mean highlight for the other team when he throws an interception?

I’m all for whoever gives the Cowboys the best chance to lose.

Exactly. Q needs some easy interceptions if he wants to win DROY

I doubt he gets picked up by any other team this season. A lot of Giants players are upset that he got benched. Everyone on the team knows that he was benched for financial reasons. They actually also did Drew Lock dirty by starting DeVito.

A lot of Giants players need to go take a look in the mirror. Some of them are gonna see images of dogs looking back at them.

Drew Lock had his chances. He sucks.

Giants are just a bad football team that needs to be blown up and rebuilt.

Again.

Thank God! The Cowboys do not need to add a QB right now that is better than Cooper Rush or Trey Lance. Winning another game this season only hurts your future.

1st rule of negotiations, act like you don’t want or don’t need the thing that you are buying.

Daniel jones will be a cowboy by thanksgiving day and will dominate the giants, guaranteed. 700yards passing and 8TDs

I have no doubt that if the Cowboys signed Daniel Jones he would light up the Giants. No way Jerry (or Stephen) agree to pay a 4th QB. They don’t even like paying 3 QB’s.

That’s true. I was mostly joking but man if that did happen and Daniel jones was gonna start his first game against the giants, that’d be a fun game.

The Giants are notorious for doing it to the Cowboys. They’ve done it multiple times, signing players that the Cowboys cut a week before they play each other. Usually it’s a bottom of the roster type of player though and not the starting QB.
