They are not aware. Plus, I question how seriously they take it.

Three players with 8 assists, can't remember the last time that happened.

Loved the 20 minutes for Buzelis.
I wouldn't mind an extended LOA for PWill.

So Giddey at the 4 defensively worked-ish?

His length, switch ability, and rim protection helps him lift the whole defense.

Add Dalen out there with him and they can cover a lot of ground and get lots of steals and deflections.

We actually have protected the rim.

Terry
Jalen
Mateas
Niko
Ayo

All have protected the rim. I am not use to it.

1st time I saw it all season.

He’s made his last 5 3s and a bunch of FTs in a row too.

His D is impacting the game. He’s our best defender guarding shooters navigating screens.

Wait, you mean not writing young players off after two years of only incremental advancement may be a bad idea? That coaches, who see a player in practice, may have somewhat of a better notion about whether a player may become an nba level player?

Rotations tonight are the best Billy has played all season.

Smith Buz Dalen work well with the offensive players that play no D in Vuc Giddey Coby.

I’m somewhat concerned after seeing what Billy finally did tonight with the rotations and it did what I thought it would do… help us win.

Agree on Dalen showing progress. His motor on both ends has always been his strength but he's more confident with his shots now. Still not at a respectable level, but he's not a complete zero like he used to. He's sneaky good at drawing fouls. He needs to learn how to manage pace better. He only have 1 speed right now and that's full speed. This sometime results in lot of good things happen, but also a lot of turnovers because others are not ready.

DT now shooting 44% from 3 and 76% from FT.

Seems he was nervous or pressing early on. His shot looks much more fluid now and his makes are dead center with good arc and rotation.

He’s also becoming darn good at getting FTs.

Didn't think DT was gonna be a player. First couple years, I think he played more in the G-League than with the main roster, always playing out of control and seems like the game was moving too fast for him. But man I'm happy to see that he's carved himself a role. I'm sure the consistent playing time helps a TON with getting him settled, but he looks like he's earned Billy's trust to be a consistent rotational player.

I think he's separated himself from Julian Philips and he's probably someone who should get a consistent 15-18mpg, maybe more if he's really cooking. Between him and Matas, we could have a really fun, trash talking bench mob lol.

I would say Ayo was at the 4, he was the initial defender on Jalen Johnson and was a speed bump. Jalen had 25 points 13 boards. But Ayo provided a lot of offense and assists on the other end, 20 & 8. A lot more than PWill would have.

Let’s see what happens when Zo returns.

The trash talking from those two should be hilarious tho.

Ayo guarded Trae the whole game like he always does. We don’t always get matched up in transition tho.

Giddey was on JJ. Most of his points werent on Giddey though.

So was Craig hurt?

Buz gets 2 mins against the Bucks and Craig starts.

Craig gets a DNP next game and Buz gets 20 mins.

What happens tomorrow against the Grizz?

Lavine defended Trae more than anyone else, although all 3 guards had turns on him since we switch often.

Agreed

Trading out Craig, Vooch, Zach, Coby, Jevon Carter etc. should land the Bulls a considerable amount of young assets and picks by the deadline and offseason.

Let’s get the youth movement started and create a young team that can compete for a long long time.

VJ Edgecombe would look GREAT on this team
