Game 16 : MIN at BOS
Do the Wolves have the brain, heart, guts, or balls to keep the game competitive today?

Re: Game 16 : MIN at BOS
Brown hitting four straight threes against Randle and Edwards is epitome of this season

MIN and Ant always play well in BOS, and against top teams.

Dilly breakout game incoming!

Re: Game 16 : MIN at BOS
The Wolves scrambling to try to keep Dillingham from getting switched onto bigger guys is not looking good. I think they are going to have to either let Rob try to guard off the switch or double team the ball.

Re: Game 16 : MIN at BOS
BOS hunted Rob in every offensive possession. Love Dillys effort in defense, but you MUST contest Pritchard, his is the hottest 3PT shooter in NBA right now. Also in offense when you have favorable matchup against Hauser, dont ask for screen that brings switch and one of White/Holiday

Re: Game 16 : MIN at BOS
Minott did not read scouting report, because BOS are first in 3PA rate because of guys such as Hauser.

Re: Game 16 : MIN at BOS
Dillingham's offense doesn't make up for the hole he creates on the defensive end. It's why the team has been a net negative pretty much every stint he's been on the court.

Re: Game 16 : MIN at BOS
This offense is ****. No movement, no plays, either no passing or very late. Just iso all over the place.
Dillingham looks to be AT best a lite Lou Williams which isn't exciting at all. He'll never be able to play passable defense.

It wont be in stat line, but Gobert affected a lot of BOS drives today.

Re: Game 16 : MIN at BOS
What's with these deep wing Naz 3s? Where's the pin downs, fades to the corner, run a screen or something once in a while?
I'm flabbergasted because the Pelicans had a beautiful offense with Finch as the offensive coordinator when Rondo, Jrue, Boogie and AD were there. A lot of movement, guard to guard slip screens, two bigs pNrs etc., much faster and more points in transition.

Re: Game 16 : MIN at BOS
I really like the Ant/Dante pairing. DiVincenzo should be able to get a ton of open looks when Ant draws two defenders. It would be hard to do, but there are real reasons Dante should start over Mike.

Re: Game 16 : MIN at BOS
People want the young guys to play? Going to have to deal with the drawbacks, that's why they weren't playing earlier.

Re: Game 16 : MIN at BOS
Naz/NAW go 0-7 and the Wolves are only down 3 at the half. Hopefully those guys can get on track in the second half.

Re: Game 16 : MIN at BOS
I feel a little bad for Minott. He ended up with a -8, but he only made one real mistake and even that one was more on Randle than him. Playing with Dillingham, Randle, and Naz makes defending nearly impossible.

Re: Game 16 : MIN at BOS
Randle’s offensive game is so ugly. It reminds of when a football or hockey player joins a pickup game and just try’s to run everyone over. At least those guys usually play hard on defense.
