Enjoyed the first two episodes of Landman
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

A few episodes into Lioness season two and dammit Sheridan appears to have ruined another show with his terrible writing.

I hated having to go back to the hellsite to find this video but it's too good. I miss the Letterkenny hockey players.

If my friends had the same amazing sense of humor I do I'd be throwing party for this. Alas. Can't wait, though. Filmed in Milwaukee.

The whole show is cringeworthy and yet I’m hanging in at this point to see how it ends
Yellowstone is unintentionally parodying itself or maybe Sheridan is a genius and is trolling the audience.

Bosch: Legacy returns in March for it's 3rd and final season. The character is in 24 books (a new one came out last month) so there is plenty material but with the original series it will have been on 10 seasons so that's a good run. I've enjoyed it.
The Renée Ballard character from the books will be in season 3 and then spun off in a new Amazon series, played by Maggie Q.
Maybe Bosch will show up on Lincoln Lawyer. He's half brother of Mickey Haller.

I'd place Jeselnik just below Carlin in terms of comics that I like. Carlin made me think and made me laugh at the absurdity of life. I studied philosphy is college, so Carlin was right up my alley with his thought provoking humor.
Jeselnik is just **** funny. He's like a boxer that slugs you out of nowhere and you don't even know where it came from. He's a comedic genius.

I'm now on book #3, The Concrete Blonde. Found a website that listed the proper way to read the Bosch universe, 42 total books. I'm set for my winter reading. Have not yet ventured into the TV series.

You'll probably enjoy this as much as I did, then.

Love it. So good as both a standalone thing as well as dropping plenty of fan service.

"Gladiator II" was...fine. Entertaining, but ultimately far too much of a rehash.

I rewatched the original last night. Hadn't seen it in 20 years. I'd kind of forgotten what a top to bottom good movie it was. Every character was one I wanted to watch, excellent villain, basically no fat anywhere. I hadn't realized Oliver Reed passed away the year before it was released and never got to experience all that came with being a star in a best picture.

Thanks for that!
None of my friends are into Jeselnik, and I have friends across the board from farmers and dudes laying concrete to doctors and professors.
He's a special guy as far as I'm concerned. I've been following comedy for 30+ years at this point and I've never seen anyone like him.

Same. I was ice fishing with friends a bunch of years ago and made them play one of his early specials ("You won't believe how amazing this guy is") on our drive home and while I was laughing like a bastard I got silence and, "Dude, what the ****". Not a single person I know enjoys him.

The original keeps popping up when I go into Paramount+, I keep meaning to watch it. I haven't watched it many years either. I only remember that I liked it. I'll see II at some point.

I sought out a 4K version, which is sorta the only way I'll watch a movie these days. Some versions are incredible and will blow you away. Others are just fine. This was of the latter variety.
Other 4K versions make you want to throw your TV in the garbage (James Cameron restorations).

He's so raw. People can't take it, no matter where they are coming from. I love it, personally. That is my type of humor.
I gave up trying to turn people on to Jeselnik because everyone I introduced to his humor didn't get it.

Hadn't watched Silo. Burned through S1 and the first 3 of S2. I enjoy it quite a bit.
