Game 17: Kings (8-8) vs Nets (6-10)
Welcome back, Jordi! After a brutal performance the other night, Kings look to bounce back. Maybe Cam Johnson just stays in town after the game?

Nets are a bottom 15 team missing two starters and up 13 whole lighting up from three this **** a joke man if there not gonna switch there defensive approach fire the whole staff you shouldn’t need Fox to go for 40 vs this team

If Brown's seat isn't already warm, how many games under .500 will we need to fall before it starts heating up? At some point, teams shooting insane from outside against us night after night is a scheme issue.

It’s always been this awful defensive scheme.
Just awful.

The bench is horrible
Getting out scored 29-9 by half.
Keon has all 9 points.

Fox is cooking tonight, no reason the ball shouldn't be in his hands every possession.

It would work in the 1950’s that’s a positive

Unused challenge by Brown.
Should have used it for that jump ball call between the Domas and that nets player.

The bench definitely needs an upgrade, which will happen with Carter/Monk. I really don’t feel like giving away future picks for the current core tho, and we could use our first this year

Just quoting this one since the team ended only 9 points from the bench.
Zero bench points in the second half

Re: Game 17: Kings (8-8) vs Nets (6-10)
Another thing I've noticed this year is that Domas has not been handling double teams well at all, lots of turnovers when the double comes. Maybe that's a symptom of everyone being awful from deep so he's not confident with kick outs but it's been something to keep an eye on.

Smh what’s Carter and monk gonna do? Neither will contest shooters I don’t wanna hear **** about carters wingspan guys are just gonna bully him in the post this isn’t rocket science. Y’all can fall for that defense nonsense but there’s what 3 impactful defenders under 6’4 this decade white, jrue, and Smart. While we’re in this topic how do you see Carter getting minutes? Fox and Monk will get 30mpg and Ellis has to get 15-20 even when we trade Huerter, Carters minutes will be maxed at like 15.

What are you talking about? There is an egregious lack of O or nba quality coming from the bench and they are getting outscored by a lot nightly. They are scorers. One or two of our guards can slide to SF for some time.
I didn't mean to say they will fix the problem entirely though, just not make it so lopsided

Ok ya agree with that but doubt a difference will be made Carter is not playing more than 15 minutes unless we’ve with a Huerter trade. Monk is good will provide scootering but how’s that gonna help that middle school defense that turns teams into the GSW dynasty days. Huerter literally said that’s the coaches plan too we’re screwed
