honestly there was no shot I really hated from Mikal...his shots are on line just short.

maybe the one heat check after he made a 3 which i thought was funny.

but he's defending which I feel is most important.

Point of emphasis to let guys feel us and we for sure doing that. Loving the aggression on offense. Do not be a hesitant player.

The best part about this situation for you is that the end result of "being wrong" has you enjoying one of the best bigman scorers in league history, and probably the most talented/ efficient scorer to ever wear a Knicks uniform, on a nightly basis.

I mean, it is an absolute joy watching him score the basketball on the whole - it literally feels good with the way he succeeds at an uncommon yet repeatable way offensively

Thats it. Simply put he is a joy to watch hoop. His game is beautiful and effortless. He doesn't hold the ball. He gets others involved and he can score from anywhere. We're fortunate to get to watch him play in a knicks uniform.

And we have a solid enough team around him to contend. We just need to get our defensive ''assignments'' right.

He really is making a case to be an all-star this year. Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen are in his way though in the front court spots. Franz Wagner, Jalen Brown, Jayson Tatum, and obviously KAT will likely be the other front court players. So someone is gonna have you been injured so OG can get a spot.
