I've made 3 or 4 posts here about the problem presented by take fouls.

It's only a matter of time til a playoff series or elimination game is decided by that tactic. What a disaster that would be. It's the most anti-climatic finish in american pro sports and the problem is that it only becomes viable in the MOST exciting game scenarios.

The league HAS to address it and it really doesn't have to be complicated. Teams should be given the option between 2 FTs OR a sideout inbounds from under the opposition's bucket after a team is over the foul limit. Simple.

Take fouls in the nba while a team has the lead is the worst ending in pro sports. It's worse than when the NFL had sudden death field goals. (Wherein updated win odds are determined by a coin flip of all things)

It actually happens alot more in college but it looks like nba coaches have embraced it now.

Such a complete clown. What leadership.

I appreciate what he did to help win the Raps a championship. I despise what he later became under his enabler Nurse.

Trent has turned things around this season, he's finally in his optimal role which is just taking catch and shoot 3's, being a pesky defender and not trying to do anything else.

I would be lying if I expected this kind of offensive explosion. I assumed with Bridges that he would be the clear 4th/5th option, since he really wasn't scoring that much last year even with Randle out.

If he's actually able to keep this up and stay healthy, he's more than worth his contract.

Part of that is Bridges has been bad.

Meanwhile Thibs has all the starters in with three minutes to go. He's nuts

That roster has so little depth, it's crazy he's not even trying to manage their minutes so they're healthy.

I'm banking on Precious returning to help the depth and reduce some guys' minutes. But yeah I'm really seeing how he does seem to wear guys down by heavy minutes

31-5-7 for Schroder in a win vs GSW. Got everything he wanted. Can't imagine what the state of this board would be if he was here playing like this. I'm glad we'll never know.

Wonder if they can get a late 1st for him at the deadline, maybe also take back a longer term deal to get it done.

Aw I went to bed at halftime of that game. I've seen the Nets a few times lately, Jordi has them playing hard, and cohesively. Simmons is such an enigma though

Probably would be the same as last year, whining that Scottie isn't the one getting the ball every possession down the stretch.

He was a solid player for us and it's a massive downgrade from him to Mitchell/Shead right now.

I'm just glad we didn't convince Gabe Vincent to take our money.

Emotional fans had the fvv incident wrong on all accounts. The league admitted he was fouled on his 3pt attempt and he received a 50k fine and no suspension.

Nah he shoots well off the bounce. He did that in Portland and Toronto
