When I heard KAT was questionable I was prepared for a blowout, and I got one!
I was right in the thick of that group in section 104 with the OG chants. I mean, if we’re taking over Colorado now, I guess we just take over everywhere.
Notes from the floor:
• Brody popping off was 100% Cam’s fault
•DeAndre Jordan had an entire mid-game conversation with Pac Dadiet during a FT
•Precious is the captain of the bench
•Everytime KAT subbed out he talked to an assistant about the nuances of the Jokic matchup and the assistant just agreed with him/listened
• Deuce is incredible. Amazing game and he was still hard on himself at the end.
• The rooks seemed to know they weren’t going in until the last 90 seconds even in the blowout.
•Not much to say about Jalen, KAT, OG, and Josh except they didn’t f*cking miss
• In almost 40 years of watching nearly every game, I do not recall a more impressive offensive performance from this franchise. VERY lucky to have been there.
Between Footprint in Phoenix or Ball in Denver, I’d take Phoenix all day long. Neither compare to the Garden obviously, but hats off to the suns for an excellent in-game experience. Denver was good but a bit sterile. The very few POC in the building were all Knick fans.
Damn bro, I closed my eyes and thought I was there! Agreed man, I thought this was the best offensive game I’ve ever seen the Knicks play in 30 years of watching.
