I said Indiana game and last game. Games we shut down 3. Against a team that wants to shoot we play like this? I know the players play and I don’t see the effort but Thibs stay getting out coached.

Idk maybe cause They’re shooting 53.5% from the field?

a lot of those are simply run outs from our missed shots or turnovers they already have 12pts off turnovers.

if you play better offense you can set up your half court defense.

Maybe but this group also needs to learn from their mistakes. They need this lesson. Mavs are playing harder and smarter. This is always the excuse. But it’s not the minutes distribution that’s the issue right now, that’s just an excuse for what’s really going on. Our offense is getting shut down but the Mavs physical defense. Houston Rockets defense also gave us issues.

This is what I've been thinking too.

Thibs is running these guys into the dirt. It's going to cap this teams ceiling

Absolutely this is directly attributable to Thibs

You don't get collectively gassed teams like this early in the season if their minutes are managed

Thibs doesn't seem to have any logical basis for his rotations, keeping starters in at the end of a blowout (at altitude).

Will he stubbornly keep them in the game now and burn them out further? Stay tuned

Our ceiling is Thibs, not our talent level. I'm 100% behind this idea at this point.

It is too early in the season to see a whole team with dead legs. OG can barely move. It's absurd.

I'm not fooled by the games we out-talent teams.

Thibs is not the coach to unlock this roster's full potential.

And his reckless approach to minutes is already rearing its ugly head.

Fatigue is at the root of both ends. These pro athletes lookin like a fat camp huffin n puffin hands on hips and waddling up n down the court shooting air balls from 3. Thibs being oblivious to it all is just comical at this point
