It's barely an 8 man. You play and 8 man of your have 3 bench that can play 20 mins. He plays the bench less than 15 mins.

I was gonna give Thibs till January but I've seen enough. He has no feeling for the game. You can't coach based on the game clock man. Where are the strategic substitutions? He never sets up the team to succeed! What's up with giving KAT the ball with less than 10 on the clock? Come down the floor and throw it down to him early. He's a great passer, he can make things happen. Damn this is frustrating.

Mikal has been worse than RJ, at least at this point in the season RJ would have given us multiple 25+ pt games and gone to the line. There's absolutely no aggression in Mikal, he is basically Suns version minus the defense and three point shooting which is just a **** player.

it's hindsight but the whole giving him a pass for not caring/trying because he was on a bad team was a huge mistake and should have been seen for what it was - a major red flag.

there's lots of good players on bad teams that still give their all. the idea his defense fell off because he was on the nets has proven to be false - he simply fell off.

I'm sorry someone on the team needs to kick him in his ass. He's not helping and I see zero urgency from him.

Even if the shots from outside aren't falling, playing defense and rebounding are ways to make an impact. He's not doing either of those things.

He clearly picked up a ton of bad habits from his season and a half in Brooklyn and brought them over here. The standard of excellence requires effort and commitment and I see none of that.
