For the next couple of seasons I'd probably put them in this order. Malone > Stockton/Miller > Kemp, I could see a case for Kemp joining Stockton/Miller. Generally both the Sonics and Pacers were notably deeper than the Jazz, but especially the Sonics.

McKey in particular imo was an underappreciated Pacer as a proto Draymond pairing with Reggie to form a poor mans Warriors duo.

For '98 I'd put Miller over Stockton, but that's the clear high water mark for Miller/the Pacers combined with Stockton taking a step back (knee surgery between '97 and '98). I was primarily thinking of the next few seasons where I'd lean Stockton over Miller, but both in the 2nd/3rd Team All-NBA class below the real MVP contenders, no real problem with anyone preferring Miller to Stockton prior to '98 either. Kemp, and the rest of the Sonics, it's a bit harder to figure the ordering on, I think it's reasonable to prefer Kemp as the top Sonic at the start of their run, but somewhere in there the baton goes to Payton. Clearly not in POY ballot contention once he leaves for Cleveland. For individual seasons (eg '94) I can see him over Stockton/Miller, but for the broader period I'd put him lower.

Malone seems like the clear class of the group through the 90s. MVP contender vs guys who were 2nd/3rd Team All-NBA quality.
