We are paying role players super star money. We don’t have a single guy on our roster who can get to the rim consistently. Jaquez’s ability to get to the rim has totally vanished, which is deadly for us. We spent a first trading for a guy who is unplayable. And we used a first drafting a guy who we refuse to play like we’re true title contenders. Make this make sens3!!! :banghead:

Spo is incapable of making in game personnel adjustments. He will stick to his rotations no matter what. Our mediocrity this season is as much his responsibility as it Pat's roster construction and Bam and Roziers play, or Jimmy's availability.

On offense it just looks like Miami is lost unless it's Jaquez Jr is attacking or Herro is hunting for his own shot. I miss the days when Bam was used as a hub for his playmaking making him a much more dangerous offensive player.

We have 4 guys that account for 73% of the cap, one isn't playing as usual - and the other three are being outscored by Payton Pritchard. Probably need to move 2 of them and perhaps not the 2 everyone is thinking.
