Can't be mad. Bad matchup and Jimmy out, it was always going to be a blowout. And even if Jimmy is healthy, we can't contend with this team. Jimmy isn't what he used to be and the Celtics are way way better than we beat them in the playoffs

Miami had Butler, Bam and Herro in the summer of 2019, it's almost 2025 and in 5 off seasons the FO has gotten this roster to where it is now... it's been a horrible half decade by the FO. What's worse is that there's really no direction for this roster and what they're building for at this point.

Heat organization needs a fundamental overhaul. We need new ownership honestly. One that will prioritize winning over legacy. It's time to move on. Because this is an insulting basketball product. Riley claiming this roster is enough for contention is either delusion, PR, malpractice or some combination of. Herro can stay, literally everyone other character in the org can be replaced.

The part that gets some or at least me mad is that we all know they don't, but the team acts like they have enough and don't improve the roster. Then they also don't accumulate draft picks and develop the young players to get there at least in the near future. It's just lets run this back and trot this same crap out there to get killed. It's hard to watch over and over.

I still don't understand trading for Rozier if you were keeping Herro, why have 2 high volume guards who can't defend? You basically have to let them have the ball a ton to get anything out of them since they're offensive only players.

Rozier was having a nice stretch with the Hornets and was available for Lowry and 2027 late first. Think he scored almost 50 before we traded for him. He’s not a fit here. Put him on BK or Wiz and he’ll be back to lighting it up.

So much hyperbole with the criticism of the FO. Ya'll act like we are the charlotte hornets. Overall they've been a good not great FO. Post Bosh retirement I think they should have bottomed out for a few seasons and restock assets. They choose the harder path to rebuild with limited assets and middling picks.
It almost worked with Butler but they couldnt execute that one trade to put them over the top. And now they are a season late to recognize this core can't contend. The Butler era is over. I dont think we need an overhaul in FO. They just need to face reality that Butler at 50 mil can't lead this team to a title and pivot to either a mini or full rebuild. I understand why they found it hard to move from Jimmy but now its too obvious. If Butler still here next season then maybe then we need a FO
