So much hyperbole with the criticism of the FO. Ya'll act like we are the charlotte hornets. Overall they've been a good not great FO. Post Bosh retirement I think they should have bottomed out for a few seasons and restock assets. They choose the harder path to rebuild with limited assets and middling picks.
It almost worked with Butler but they couldnt execute that one trade to put them over the top. And now they are a season late to recognize this core can't contend. The Butler era is over. I dont think we need an overhaul in FO. They just need to face reality that Butler at 50 mil can't lead this team to a title and pivot to either a mini or full rebuild. I understand why they found it hard to move from Jimmy but now its too obvious. If Butler still here next season then maybe then we need a FO
They don't understand how to stockpile assets for a contender. We never have enough, because we're always blowing our load on short term fixes to keep the status quo of play off contention.
