Oh...and this is a real test for the nascent chemistry building Knicks, the Magic have playoff defense all the time. Knicks can get lackadaisical with the ball so this means trouble if they don't have it together.

WCJ AVG 8PPG and dropping 11 in Q1
KCP continued hot streak
Mo Wagner scoring efficient 17
Anthony Black fouling JB 29 times w/no foul trouble
Isaac 4 Blocks
Knicks forgetting about Da Silva

Should be a big game atmosphere. Even if it is the cheesy in season tournament, it's still win or you're out against the team ahead of you in the conference. The Garden explodes when we're a last place team so it should be pretty intense.

Win or go home for us when it pertains to the NBA Cup. Our point differential is too narrow compared to other potential wildcard qualifiers.

Orlando meanwhile could still make it to the next round unless they lose to us in a massive blowout.

Dunno. I haven't watched them. They're for real in that they're well coached and have a strong defensive mindset. That's always a tough out. We have more top end talent but we've struggled against teams with their complexion.

I went to the game in Orlando last season the evening before the RJ/IQ for OG trade was announced. They were clearly bummed out and already knew what was going down and got their asses kicked.

Franz was playing really well and Thibs had RJ on him much of the time which was nuts as there was nothing RJ could do about that and Wagner ragdolled him. In hindsight, considering Thibs had to already know RJ was leaving, if feels like Thibs was flipping off RJ by putting him on Wagner. It was just perverse.

If we don't come out "with a sense of urgency" as JVG likes to say, then we're in for trouble. We've seen both sides of the Knicks this season. They're like Jekyll and Hyde.
