Finch traditionally plays what I like to call an 8.5-man rotation. Minott is currently the 0.5 man.

And Dillingham is out tonight.

Correct, which is why Minott is next man up

Lol, that was insightful. There had to have been something more to it. It may light a fire under j mcd. Minott did look like a serviceable nba player out there, aside from the haircut.

About as good a half as it can be. Clippers are sailing in ice. Can't hit any shots. Love the defensive rotation. Just wanted to see a couple more passes to Gobert near the rim.

Thought he would regress years ago, and he’s playing good.

Refs don't give him those calls anymore

 Pelicans waived Elfrid Payton too. He had a 21 assist game for them last week. I think they didn’t want to risk the hair.

The whole team only had four fouls and four turnovers in a whole half of basketball.

Loaf_of_bread wrote:This will be the Wolves first time playing in the new Clippers arena, the Intuit dome. Clippers have been playing good basketball, yet the bettors must have liked something in our last game, as the wolves are 3.5 point favorites.

Let's build on our defensive trend last game, and continue sharing the ball on the offensive end.

FIVE THINGS TO KNOW
1. Last Matchup: 11/29/2024 | LAC 92 - MIN 93 | J.Harden: 20 PTS - A.Edwards: 21 PTS

2. The Clippers have gone 8-2 over their last 10 games, holding opponents to just 102.6 points per game. That is the fewest points per game allowed by a team over that span (since November 17).

3. Over his last two games, Norman Powell became the first player in NBA history to score at least 28 points and make at least five three-pointers while playing 25 or fewer minutes in consecutive games.

4. Ivica Zubac has led or been tied for the lead in offensive rebounds among all players in a game 18 times this season – the most of any player in the NBA. The only other player with more than 10 such games this season is Minnesota’s Rudy Gobert (12).

5. James Harden led the Clippers in both assists (seven) and plus/minus (+27) last game. Since the beginning of last season, Harden has led the Clippers in both categories in 15 games, which trails only Nikola Jokic (16 games) over that span.

STATS:
2023-24 OPPONENT COMPARISON

PPG FG% 3P% FT% REB AST STL BLK TOV
LAC 110.0 .468 .378 .776 45.1 25.3 9.4 4.4 16.5
MIN 111.1 .465 .373 .801

Nice, where do you come up with those stats. We are favored because Clippers played last night and without Powell and a few others players.

The hard part here is that once the team thinks they are going to win, Ant shuts down.

I’d like to see the Wolves continue to hammer LAC in the third, and let hungry guys like Minott get lots of minutes in the fourth.

Everybody has a rebound, and everybody except Jaden has an assist. I like team effort.
