Easily the most lopsided trade ever.

The Raptors were having a fire sale and blowing up their team to rebuild.

It's starting to seems like it was a cost cutting move. But honestly this KAT wasn't the same KAT these last couple of years. You can make an argument that this is his best season as a pro. He's playing in a role he was unfortunately never going to be allowed to hold in Minnesota based on his draft position and tenure (and that's nobody's fault, just the way things go in the NBA) AND he's moved to a team with a clear, nobody has any doubts #1 option who's been a winner/worker/leader his whole life.

It takes a lot off KAT's plate, including a bunch of stuff he wasn't necessarily good at, but always shouldered because of who he was.

And this is all before getting into how well his actual basketball skills fit in with the roster.

Missed the 2nd half of the game - but just looking at the stat lines jHart is ridiculous.

I though he might have been overrated at 24 in the top 25 in the L but that sht is on point. He is just solid everywhere.

Shout out to Towns and Brunson for helping him be the best version of himself.

OG had 4 Blocks, 2 Steals, 5 Deflections and 10 Contested Shots. Lead the team in every category. Decides to pour in 25 & 6 with 3 threes. I think I’ve dreamed of having a two way wing like this my entire life

Yes exactly. To think what this roster looked like a few seasons ago. And no real luck from the draft.

Elfrid/Frank/DSJ
RJ/Burks/IQ/Rivers
Bullock/Knox/Iggy
Randle/Obi
Mitch/Noel/Taj/Pelle
Traded for Rose mid season and made the playoffs.

Bit different these days. If you go back to the year or two BEFORE Rose got here and PTSD might set in.
