khris leading the team in asts, stls, blocks, on/off

plus defense in both drop and switch schemes... operates defensively as a captain right there with brook...offense is a steading influence.....least moronic shot selection on the team....but can explode offensively if called upon

cant make it up that theres guys on this board that described him as "hot garbage" as recently as today on the board. just unbelievable really

About as good of a half as you can have. Some easy bunnies missed, but outrebounded them, matched them in 3pt makes and kept Horford, White and PP quiet. Tatum and Brown will get theirs but whenever I watch the Celtics those 3 guys are always killing teams with timely shots.

Keep them quiet in the 2nd half and this is a win.

He's been rebounding very well though, especially on the offense end. Looks like Doc had a talk with him.

Rebounding has been good, but he's also losing guys defensively on the regular. Sam Hauser had a stretch of getting off his shot pretty easy with Portis switched on him.

At least he was passing up shots he would normally take in the last couple of minutes of his stint. Could have been 2-16.

Unlike OJ Mayo, we really just needed him to get healthy. Really nice he's come back without any obvious rust beyond conditioning.

Good half.

If we had in place of Bobby literally any defensively competent backup big who won't take as many shots per minute as Dame, we'd be significantly better.

Bobby took a few ill advised shots but he wasnt that bad, just didnt make shots on a lot of possessions that ended with him.

First quarter all season Celtics didn't make a 3. 0-12. They'll heat up some. Pritchard doing nothing was not expected

I would have complimented Bobby if he wasn't a saboteur on offense. He's can't get right Bobby, like he was the 1st half of last season. And that improved in the 2nd half, but he was still arguably a negative. Just the way he is these days.

ESPN are straight up clowns, complaining about officiating in favor of the Bucks after Boston got away w/ a ton. Then they point out Boston's missed 3's, ignoring the Bucks have missed a ton of bunnies. Don't even try to hide they want Giannis gone.

It's so weird. We are a global society. Anybody is marketable, so money really shouldn't be the reason.

I’d take someone like quata or whatever his name is on Boston. We just need a good shot blocking defensive presence

Dame and Midds positives for me. Wish Green was a little bigger for this matchup specifically. Would like Giannis to be alert more defensively and keep at it on offense. Just gotta hope his usual shots start to drop against this team :dontknow:
