Beats dealing with crap owners and multimillion dollar egos at 72.

Yup. It's why the whole Cowboy angle didn't make sense. Does anyone really think he's willing to put up with Jerry & all of his BS? The only people who do might be a small group of Cowboy fans lol.

Bill just left Robert Kraft. An owner with a huge ego that often clashed with Bill. Yet Jerry is Kraft on steroids.

Bill wants to be in control. He doesn't want an owner who speaks to the media after games.

I think you guys underestimate Bill’s ego. For what it’s worth I personally do not want Bill as the HC. I like Bill but do not like some of the guys he chooses for his staff. The only reason this is a possibility is because Jerry needs him. We’ve all seen though that just because Jerey is a billionaire he doesn’t always get what he wants. I do believe he is going to go hard after Belichick though. He’s going to money whip the hell out of Bill.

The question is what does Bill desire? Does he prefer to be on a very small stage, easier players to handle (although not as talented), and to be able to set his son up for a future HC job? Or does he prefer to be on probably the biggest stage (and microscope), get paid more than he ever has, with a talented roster, and will also get to get his son a coaching job in the NFL (although not a HC anytime soon).

None of us have any idea what Bill himself wants.

He's been hanging around UW's campus a lot as of late. His Son is the DC at Washington. So yeah, I could definitely see him open to the idea of taking a college job.

I'm sure he is, but at the end of the day THE STAR will be too powerful for him to overcome.

God's team. Bill knows we will open the roof for God to watch him win games. And he won't be able to pass that up.

The star doesn't have the same power and shine to it in the Jerry Jones era. And claiming the Cowboys is God's team opens up a huge 20 page can bad of worms discussion. Claiming the Cowboys is God's team and ignoring the other 31 teams goes against all of his teachings. And if by some chance you are right, where the hell has he been the past 3 decades besides being the biggest murderer in the history of man kind along with religion he's claimed to be part of in his teachings?

Bills ego does not compare to Jerry's. Doesn't come close.

Nah, for almost 30 years he simply failed as a GM like all the other GMs that didn't win a SB. It's just luck; nothing fundamentally wrong.

Championships matter most. If any team hasn’t WON a SB in the last 30 years the Jerry Jones is doing just as good a job and their GM.
