Game 23: Bucks at Nets - 12/8/24 - 2:30 - FDSWI

Post#1 » by MickeyDavis » Sat Dec 7, 2024 1:59 pm

After losing 2 straight the Bucks look to get back on track in Brooklyn. The Nets beat us handily in Brooklyn earlier this season, led by Thomas and Schroder. Thomas will be out for this one. Hopefully Khris' ankles (and everything else) held up ok. He was rusty but we need the whole roster available for awhile to truly gauge this team.

As usual please keep all trade/personnel discussion in the team thread. THX

GO BUCKS
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Keep beating up on bad teams while they’re in front of us. I don’t care about the optics. A win is a win.

We need time to get Middleton healthy and time for Horst to rework the roster in the coming months.

Our tougher schedule later in the season will tell us how good this team can be in the playoffs. Hopefully with built-up chemistry and a new piece or two, we’ll be ready.

In the meantime, beat Brooklyn

Yup, good habits are not made overnight. We need reps.
Also, kinda crazy stat. Yesterday was only the 9th game Giannis, Dame and Khris have played together under Doc.
Must win no matter what.

Should be a good warm up run for Orlando on Tuesday. Brooklyn is a good team to take out some recent frustrations on. Getting back on track now is imperative after 2 let down losses in a row. Kick some names and take some ass.

Was about to comment that if the crippled 76ers can beat Orlando, we absolutely should be able to as well and then I read the news about Wagner. Damn.

It smells like an absolute trap game against Magic.

I'll be watching Day'ron Sharpe closely today. Maybe a future Buck?

Jordi Fernandez is an outstanding coach. Should have gotten an interview here instead of Griffin.

Fernandez, Quinn and Atkinson were my choices for the Bucks. Two of the 3 got HC jobs and look pretty good so far.

That's good news. I was worried MarJon wouldn't be available today.

Need a string of good games from Dre so Doc doesn't **** up and have Mids replace him in the starting lineup instead of Prince.
