Howie Roseman and Bill Belichick have also been excellent GM’s.

Bill won because of Brady. There are far better GM's as of late.

True but who drafted Brady. Remember I’m talking about Bill the GM not Bill the HC.

QB eagles fan took my thunder when he mentioned Brad Holmes. I remember two years ago when we were all scratching our heads when the Lions had 3 first round picks, traded back one one of them and then took Gibbs. Looks like they got it right. Only injuries will prevent them from winning it all. But if he doesn't, Mr. B will say he sucks as bad as Jerry.

A GM’s job is to win a SB right? If the Lions do not win a SB do you think in 30 years anyone will care that they were almost good enough? Nope, they will ask who won the SB during those years.

Your starting to dig a hole for yourself now. :ouch:

So you’re perfectly fine hiring a GM that hasn’t won a SB longer than Jerry has?

That doesnt exist, no other GM with a 30 year failing record finds a job in NFL.

Patriot nation still loves coach Bill. They hated him when he was the Gm. It wasn't just Brady. Go back and look at Bill's last 5 drafts.

Brady was more about Bill the coach than Bill the GM, if he thought Brady was going to be this good he wouldnt have waited till 6th round to pick him. He and his staff deserve lot of credit for giving him a chance and even elevating him to a back up.

Bill the GM couldnt draft a single receiver in the draft in like a decade and a half, his incompetence as a GM is the main reason Brady left.

So all the teams that are or have been in rebuild mode that are doing well suck and should fire there GM if they can't win it all. O.K.

Yeah, if the Lions don't win the SB, Brad Holmes is just as bad a GM as Jerry.

You really seem to be struggling with this.

How about Jim Harbaugh. If the Chargers don't go all the way and win it all should they fire him as both coach and GM?

If every GM were literally equal, they would win just 1 ring every 32 years.

1 ring every 32 years would make you *average*

BJJ, you just really need to understand that when literally all you do is talk s--t about the Cowboys, it doesn't even matter if you are right are wrong. You are playing the role of an Eagle's fan. And now that YOU have showed your true colors and put on a Mahomes jersey, you are officially just another over obsessed Cowboy's hater. No Dallas fan should be on your side, even the ones that hate Jerry Jones. In short, GFY.

Its not talking s..t if its the truth. You just can't handle the truth about the Cowboys and its easier for you lash out at any poster that disagrees with you on all matters Cowboys because you can't deal with the current reality and situations they are in, and the future is looking worse. Near future for sure. The other thing your pissed off about is I have been right the past 5 years on just about everything. Told you all 5 years ago Zeke was washed and was a bad contract at the time that would hurt us. Told you 4 years ago that Dak was not the guy and you will never get to a super bowl with him. Cowboys fans were also warned about McCarthy being Jerry's next puppet. No need to bring up Jerry the GM. The only people that love Jerry the GM and Owner are the fans that don't know enough about football or winning and continue to get on the knees and kiss his ring. The Jerry 30+ year sample size as Gm should be enough here, but I really don't know what to tell you anymore. If you can't see what has been in front of your face for so many years now and come to that reality, then this will continue for another 30 years. I could go on and on here. Plain and simple you are just pissed at me for being right the past 5 years and can't believe a Cowboy fan of 54 years can speak so harshly about his own team after all these years. Get a grip.

TELL ME 1 POSITIVE THING PLEASE. I still have heard one positive thing from you on how to make things better moving forward and the truth about the situations they are currently in and dealing with it. What is positive about Jerry the GM and his meddling and culture? What is positive about puppet coach Mike McCarthy? What is positive about making a proven QB that is not the guy you can win a Super Bowl with the highest player in the league? At the Moment you have 2 players taking up 94% of next's year's salary clap with a Parsons deal on the horizon? And how are the Cowboys going to get pieces and and build from here with only 80% OF the cap if they make Parsons the highest paid defense player? Want me to go on? Your afraid to talk about the truth concerning all things Cowboys because you know I'm right and can't prove me wrong.

The biggest positive is that Belichick is coming.

No one can convince me otherwise lol. UNC? booooooring

And if I am wrong? Then it is still positive thoughts that a new coaching staff is on the way. Really our biggest flaw this season is Zimmer and the defense and I maintain that defense can win championships. And honestly defense is what will get the Chiefs/Eagles there, and defense is why the Bengals suck.
