Micah Prescott wrote:BJJ, you just really need to understand that when literally all you do is talk s--t about the Cowboys, it doesn't even matter if you are right are wrong. You are playing the role of an Eagle's fan. And now that YOU have showed your true colors and put on a Mahomes jersey, you are officially just another over obsessed Cowboy's hater. No Dallas fan should be on your side, even the ones that hate Jerry Jones. In short, GFY.

You know Micah you have the whole Cowboys forum to live in your bubble. Told all of you I was out this year back in February when Jerry brought McCarthy back. The rinse and repeat routine isn't working for me anymore. After our back and forth in October when I posted I didn't see the Cowboys winning 5 or 6 games, I've only made 1 post in the Cowboy forum since then. I've pretty much turned it over to you and the rest of the Cowboy posters after baby sitting and keeping it going for 9 years. When me, Otis and Mr. B came here 10 years ago the Cowboy forum was dead, nothing. As long as Dak is the QB And McCarthy is the coach, I'm all out. I don't want to be a part of the present day Cowboy nation that thinks they can win with Jerry, Dak and Mike with the current culture that has been going for over 3 decades now.
So I nominate you to take over the Cowboy forum from here. As far as the general forum goes, pass at your own risk. Its always been like that and not just in this forum. You and all Cowboy posters can't expect general posters and non Cowboy fans posters to agree with all your stances and opinions, even in regards to your own team. And the haters are always there regardless. So get over yourself.

PS. Went back and checked out the Cowboy forum for the first time in over a month. Appears posting is down about 80% since I left. Just saying.

This reminded me the girl math memes that were going around last year :)

Buccaneers should have extended Jon Gruden until 2034

And if I am wrong? Then it is still positive thoughts that a new coaching staff is on the way. Really our biggest flaw this season is Zimmer and the defense and I maintain that defense can win championships. And honestly defense is what will get the Chiefs/Eagles there, and defense is why the Bengals suck.

Ha, while I might be wrong about Bill coming here. There is no way I'm wrong about McCarthy being gone.

This is his last season in Dallas.

Josh McDaniels should be looking for a job, perfect Jerry hire

I still find it funny that a Niners fan is talking crap about the Cowboys when they’ve been in a longer SB drought than Dallas.

I was considering someone off the Niners staff until I saw Brian Griese. No one else really jumped out for me.

I’d really prefer someone off Shanahan's or McVay’s coaching tree. And Josh McDaniels ain’t that guy.

Ya it’s weird.
He thinks the cowboys are a joke and a poorly run franchise so it’s a difficult journey for him to accept that his team has a longer drought. Hence the rationalization and glorification of SB losses is better than not making it to a NFC title game. Must cling to anything. For him not to see the similarities is astonishing to say the least.

I dont see how any of that is relevant in a Cowboys thread but, I am a lifelong Chiefs fan. You guys have been pussy losers 30 years longer than I have.

Yeah those are proven to be the right coaching trees to target. I like Nick Sorensen but he is a defensive guy and probably not going to get offers after this season, even though Niners defense has been better than last year despite playing with bunch of backups all year.

Mike LaFleur worked both with Shanahan and McVay, his older bro hasnt been that bad either I would give him a look.

UNC would be a big player in recruiting circles which is 70 percent of the game in college football. Deion already proved you can get results just by getting good recruits and Bill is ten times the coach Deion is.

Sounds like he has already planned it all too.

As long as you’re not a 49er fan doing it. That would just be silly.

Even with Belichick UNC would not out recruit the larger programs like Bama, Georgia, Texas, and Texas A&M. They would get a couple of players they might not have normally been able to recruit but they still won’t be one of the top schools when it comes to recruiting.
