The weird contingent of posters that absolve Thibs from any type of blame is crazy. They watched us score 100pts against a bad defense, all while not targeting Trae, and rush to defend him as though there's nothing we could do.

A team with this amount of talent doesn't have the extreme amount of offensive variance we've seen - going from the greatest output we've had from this franchise in decades, to routinely having embarrassing quarters in the teens - unless there's something actively undermining it.

This team is not a serious team right now. We need a durable big that’s an elite defender/rebounder or a big defensive wing like Herb Jones.

No adjustments, no tenacity, terrible offense. Feels more and more like thibs lost the locker room. They don’t even want to play hard anymore since they know thibs is just abusing their bodies and getting subpar results anyway.

Vegas and the Cup would've been nice but hopefully this is a lesson to this team that if they don't rebound, they won't win. 3s can come and go but you must rebound and defend.

Give Atlanta their flowers as much as it pains me. They wanted it more.

Man, we lost in every phase of the game. We didn't hit free throws, didn't hit shots, didn't play defense, dumb turnovers.

But the most disgusting thing is how we gave up so many offensive rebounds. We got embarrassed tonight. Good...these guys deserve it. **** I hope they play replays of this game over and over for these guys.

The team needs direction. There is no offensive system at all. Nothing to get guys going. That was a brutal 3rd quarter. They adjusted and we didn't. That's what cost is the game. Their defense tightened up and their offense found a groove. We collapsed immediately coming out of the half.

Oh well. No win. No cup. Pushed out by Atlanta again. Not happy at all.

We need a deeper bench. Only true threat is McBride. When our starters fail there has to be someone on the bench that Thibs trusts to bail us out.

Mikal/OG went 2 for 14 from three. JB had one of the worst games of the season. KAT couldn't defend anything. He probably had at least 5 alleys on his head in the second half alone.

Blessing in disguise. Guys get to rest up now.

Brunson has to play in his lane…. Dude is looking for the highlight play on both ends and destroying continuity…offensively he’s playing hero ball defensively he’s going for stupid double teams
