Bucks / Kings

Beauchamp for Len

Bucks get a vet center on the roster for better depth down the stretch. Bucks currently only have Bobby on the bench. Also saves 700k off in salary which will be more given our tax situation.

Kings get a look at a former first round pick who is also on an expiring deal.

I squandered an asset? Then Hammond taught me well.

I don’t hate it for either team. One may try to negotiate for a protected second or some cash or something but it’s roughly close and makes sense.
Rest in peace Mamba. There'll never be another Kobe.

Works for the Bucks, def not adding anything to it. Marjon is a west coast guy and can really use a change of scenery. A body behind Brook could be useful.

Makes sense if Sacramento thinks they can salvage something with Marjon. Len is JAG but at least he's 7 feet tall.

I like this as a sneaky small move.

Realistically Isaac Jones is looking like the ideal modern b/u change of pace Center and we also have Oscar who can eat some of the few b/u C minutes more effectively. Len is obviously the odd man out.

We kinda see this every year with Len though. Smart tries different combos with Len taking a backseat, just to have him be the main backup big. He generally plays pretty well as a spot starter when Sabonis goes down too. He can be useful. I’m not opposed to moving him in the slightest, but I don’t see Beauchamp as a solution to anything in Sac, and he will be gone after his contract expires.

I don't like Len but why? Marjon sucks and his 4th year was declined so it's not like we are going to give him minutes just to watch him leave. Pay the cash for Vivek to buy out Marjon so we can sign Isaac Jones to the active roster and i'd be fine with it. Id prefer we play Orlando Robinson and Isaac Jones anyways, but otherwise its shifting a guy who likes it in Sac and stays ready for a random kid who won't play.
