The Pacers are not built to defend Embiid effectively. With Obi Toppin as their backup center, Myles Turner is forced to play cautiously to avoid foul trouble, as Toppin isn’t the kind of center capable of handling Embiid defensively.

In 2024, you either need to outshoot the other team from beyond the arc or play significantly better defense and secure more possessions. The ultimate goal is to excel in all these areas.
