Wemby eats a Deni elbow. No call.

So it's like that, is it?

Hmm inviting a visit from basketball gods' wrath of justice but as you will...

3RD Q: SPURS 80 BLAZERS 88

Embarrassing Q.

There goes our pattern of winning the 3RD Q.

We allowed FORTY-SIX **** points!!!

Half of them to the guy who tried to rip Wemby's arm off.

Like I said, embarrassing, both.

Get your **** together, Spurs!

Branham makes the shot harder than it needs to be, fakes, and double pumps the ball for... An air ball.

Great instincts, mate. Truly inspiring body of work, Lonnie erm Graham.

Getting carved up on both ends.

It's like they are anticipating every one of our measures.

Malaki Branham needs to be traded now!!!! He should never EVER play another game for the Spurs. I don't care if the Spurs get nothing in return.

4TH Q: SPURS 118 BLAZERS 116

PHEW!

Roller coaster of a game. It took collective clutchness to get it done from Sochan D to Blake D and speed to Dev boards and clever shots to Julian making 3s to Wemby bringing out the full arsenal culminating in pressure FTs to seal the game. Right through the heart of the boos, I love it!

Saving this space for more in depth look at the game but proud of our effort to continue playing and competing even after being up 10 at the half then down 17(!) in the 4TH. All this with missing Castle, Keldon, Tre, Collins, all regular rotation players, and then CP3 to add to it all, a key cog who makes the O flow and keeps the guys accountable.

I wonder what he said? lol

Felt like a leveling of the field with the opponent having some guys out as well to thumbs on the scales with the quick Ts and we pulled through the **** you well **** you right back with some back wind.

I'm super tired but also proud of our comeback when we looked cooked. We could have used five guys out as an excuse but the rally back says something; we have something to play for and are willing to keep finding ways to chop away at deficits. Of course if we played D consistently we would not have put ourselves in that situation to hemorrhage points but we stopped the bleeding just in time.

Yeah it's getting hard to stay neutral let alone positive. This is why we draft multiple guards. Let them fight for a spot. Guy's on the line and yet we get this kind of woe show. Maybe it's nerves or confidence or whatever but he's another has talent but can't put it together no.atter what position to succeed you put him in. Very frustrating. We can't afford players whose games we have to overcome to win, or who at least don't get in the way of winning, or who can't find ways to contribute to it. He's in a weird place right now, been deeper in it, and I'm not convinced he can get himself out. I'm all for letting Malachi Flynn or Minix or Sidy or Ingram to get more of a shot.

NO! Champagnie is actually good and well worth his contract. Branham however, would not be worth his contract if he played for nothing!

Champagnie locked up at 3M$/year for the next 3 seasons is a bargain, and could be more usefull to an apron team looking for cheap depth than a SA team way under the luxury tax and who will probably not use it cap space until two years from now.

SA can use his room exception to swap him with a player with same level but bigger salary (around 6-8M$) and maybe get a late 1st pick or a couple of 2nd picks in exchange.
