Fun game IMO. So cringe when the crowd had to beat the Hornets coach over the head to get Taj in the game. I bet dude literally didn't know /remember Taj's career here. He's one of the absolute favorite Bulls players ever for many of us. Easily in my top 5.

Whoever said it is right…

No Vuc equals a net positive. Lose offense but gain more defense than we lose in offense. We will be ugly on nights we don’t make 3s though.

Jalen Smith can be our starter after Vuc is gone. Want to see what we have in him in that role. Think if Pat and Buz were with him we may have enough size up front.

Giddey is def playing more aggressive. His D is now just bad not awful. His 3 ball sucks. Only way he’s a keeper is if he fixes his shot and guys have to close out. That opens up his passing. I’d rather keep Lonzo than Giddey though.

I think Giddy is a GREAT long term piece, but not as a starter. 24-30 min off the bench is fine for him (and paid accordingly)

I like Coby, but let's trade him as soon as he hits one of his hot streaks. Ayo/Lavine/Matas/PWill/Vuc starting lineup please

There is zero reason for Matas to start that's not tanking related.

Giddey/Ayo/LaVine fit each other like a glove.

I think Matas would be better to start-focus on Vuc/Lavine getting shots up (assuming we are looking to win). Ayo can score, and PWill/Matas get garbage points/open 3's and play defense.
Giddy, White and Smith play on the second team.

Giddy can play more minutes than Matas-I just think other teams can plan more to attack Giddy when he starts

I know this one hurt for the tank proponents. But fear not. The supreme tank Commander, Patrick Williams, is back at the helm. He and assistant Commander Coby should bring a big smile to the face of all the tankers out there. Just dream about them both being in the starting lineup again.

Matas has went from doghouse to sixth man in about a month . Pats job is next won't be long. Coby ain't going anywhere though .

Could just be because it was a horrendous Hornets team (though that same squad did just beat a healthy Pacers team earlier this week), but I thought defensively we looked more active. A lot more effort being put on that end of the floor by the players, which might have been the focus from the time off/practice this week - evidenced by how Billy called that timeout 30s after the second half started.

There's not enough playmaking without Giddey, Ayo is not a good enough PG to do that.

So it would better for Buzelis to start and get no shots behind Zach/Vuc/Ayo? Starting Buzelis does nothing for him and Chicago.

Giddey/Lavine/Ayo are a well fitting trio.

Brandon Miller was 3-15 (mostly defended by Lavine).

Missed the game but recorded it. Was gonna skip this one but I’ll fast forward ahead to see my Tajy-woowoo.
