That's a lot of what ifs and no certainties for the Lakers... I think they can do better than this.
I'd ask for: Eason + JSJ + Sheppard + best of Rockrts/Suns/Nets 27 (+filler). Less crappy picks and more substance, but leaves Houston almost their entire team + plenty of assets.

FVV / Holiday
Brooks / Reed
Amen / Whitmore
Davis / Eason / Green
Sengun / Adams / Landale

Green is negative value.

I'd say the 25 PHX pick is need to move him.

So this is just Jabari with and FRP and swap.

Lakers can do far better elsewhere.

Nope, but easier though if someone has that misguided view.

Adams, Landale, Tate, Jabari, Whitmore, 27 and 28 for Davis + bodies.

Could do it mid-season instead

That still seems like Jabari+FRP+swap for Davis.

Just not enough value.

Unless there's a bad team out there willing to gamble on Green (Ala Washington and Jordan Poole), I can't see a '25 FRP from Phoenix being enough to shed his contract. I fear Houston is stuck with that contract for the time being.

With Hou having such a violent spacing problem, spending a good chunk of assets on a player who doesn’t fix the problem, while sending out shooters is incredibly rough despite the value or player obtained being good.

I love the thought of getting AD but something substantial has to be done with the shooting for that to work. And if you’re trading for a 31 year old with injuries, you better be competing for a ring.

At first, I was thinking way too much for AD. But, a star would help. Feel like Jabari is being undervalued.
Still,
Jabari, Sheppard, Tate, Whitmore, JeffGreen works salary wise. Add some picks.
Houston rolls with: Vleet, Green, Brooks, AD, Sengun. Super subs Amen and Eason. Center depth Adams/Landale.
