I respect Brunson but damn he is just as bad as prime Harden hunting for fouls… I can’t hate the player though… we need Suggs to learn to do the same. You have to be so careful around Brunson because if you even look like you’re about to contest, he’s jumping into you. The NBA rewards it because it makes getting clean looks easier when the defender is afraid to play defense.

that was a bad call, but why was Jett the one guarding Brunson to begin with?

Should have been an offensive foul but Silver LOVES offense above all else.

The magic need to find a way to score this game. It's only a matter of time before the offense opens up for the Knicks.

It's just crazy cause that's not a real shooting motion. Nobody actually shoots like that when your trying to make a shot. How is someone suppose to play defense when guys are getting ridiculous calls like that.

They need to get that out of the game man... The offensive player can lean so far out of a natural shooting motion to draw a foul? That shouldn't be in the game

Cole has really stepped up his defense these last few games. Getting in grills, chase down blocks, he’s definitely giving all of his effort on that end.

Im pretty sure they made it an emphasis to call it an offensive foul many years ago… and then it disappeared from the refs playbook soon after…

I thought it was only a year or two ago they were gonna reverse how that was called but its still called similar lol.

Maybe since Jett was still in the air that's the deciding factor? Like if a player is on his feet and the offensive player does it, THEN its offensive foul?
