Bronny James has achieved a significant milestone with his jersey sales. Despite facing challenges on the court, Bronny’s popularity has skyrocketed, with over 500,000 jerseys sold, generating more than $50 million in revenue for the Lakers.

Bronny’s jersey sales have not only set a new record for rookie jersey sales but have also surpassed his father, LeBron James, in this regard. The impressive sales figures reflect the immense fan interest and the strong market demand for Bronny’s merchandise. This success comes despite Bronny’s struggles in his early NBA career.

Lebron and Bronny attached his brand to the Lakers and vice versa for a reason

LeBron and Bronny aint going nowhere. Who in their right mind would spend that kind of money and sell out their future to acquire a guy who does not help?

A sucker born every minute. There are teams salivating at being able to cash in on the Bronny- Bron experience. Also gotta factor in that the farewell tour will be Adam Silver endorsed and ESPN/Fox/Klutch hyper driven.

Your team will be asscheeks at basketball, of course.

The most likely way LeBron joins the Cavs this year is if he asks for a buyout, gets one, and then signs with the Cavs.

And while the Cavs can indeed pay him more than the minimum since they have the MLE and space under the apron, there’s no way this actually happens.

That may be true but where would he agree to be dealt to?
- Cleveland - absolutely not going to happen, they are the best team in the league and can only suffer from this
- GSW - i dont see it happening, they still have an outside shot at a deep postseason run, why bring in baggage and trade valuable assets?
- Another big market team like the knicks - also seem to be working just fine right now
- Really good teams that will look even better later in the season, like Bucks or Nuggets - no way this is ever happening

so what would be a setup that you could actually see happen?

Cleveland is stupid enough to do it on their own. I think if it does happen, which will sacrifice their chances for winning, the league will compensate them in some type of way for some Cinderella-like story.

At the end of the day, the NBA has gone the full circus route pertaining to LeBron. It’s barely about basketball.

Expanding on your comment....

remember the time when Lebron went to Miami in 2010.... and then Cleveland won 3 out of the next 4 lotteries to draft #1?

The Cavaliers had these odds to land at #1:

2011 : 2.8% odds. Won lottery, got Kyrie
2013 : 15.6% odds. Won lottery, got Bennet
2014 : 1.7% odds. Won lottery, got Wiggins

Altman would be escorted out of the building by security if he brought that nonsense to Gilbert. LBJ is 40 years old.

People in this thread sound like Jamie Diamond trying to get a premium for Lehman Brothers stock after the crash.

he has the records. there's no other record except total point 45,000 and he's not getting that.

another ring won't make him goat and if it's with the cavs he's just a ring chaser - they don't need him

there's only two things left ,,,1: a docu of his last year...an au revoir to the nba. that's next year
if he does it in cleve he's gets a film student from kent st. if he does it in los angeles he gets spike lee or martin scorcese

2: to get his jersey hung next to kobe, magic, and kareem. if he leave los angeles to go chase a ring he forfeits the jersey hanging and 7ugly years wasted down the tube

Wish he would be traded, but i don't see a scenario where a trade lands him a championship. He's simply not good enough for his contract anymore.
