With current landscape of NBA salaries, Butler is probably worth being paid as a top 15 guy. But, I don't think the Heat should pay him. I don't think the rest of the roster is championship caliber at this point. Maybe Herro keeps getting better, but it doesn't match up with Butler's timeline. If Heat can send Butler somewhere he wants to go and get a young prospect back while not getting an contracts going past next season then it might be wise to consider moving Butler.

These young teams also like playing us I think because look up and down the roster....other than Bam and in the past I guess Caleb Martin, we have like no real well above average athletes. The team is slow and plodding with nobody blocking shots or beating you down the court or consistently getting in the paint to finish or kick. There's no blowbys except against us, it's just a stark contrast all the time in speed, quickness, hops, etc. We don't have the horses to run with teams and have to grind everything out in the mud.
