Camara looks nice on paper but I'm not up on him so if I'm way off no offence intended. 24yo, cheap contract, doesn't turn the ball over to much, blocks a shot every second game and can shoot a bit.

Camara, Reath for Powell and an unprotected 1st this year?

Edit: If this is light add in swaps next year for any pick(s) Portland ends up with.

I like Camara. But, he would play backup PF minutes and I’m not sure Dallas is willing to give up a 1st for a guy that is going to play 10-15 min.
I could be wrong though.

We've got the roster space and juuuuuuuuust enough room under the apron to take Exum ourselves too if need be.

I get it if neither team wants to disrupt chemistry but I do think that on paper GP2/SloMo for Kleber/Powell/Exum actually works pretty well.

SloMo would solve a lot of issues for Dallas - a reliable backup 4, extra ball handler/facilitator, etc. But the money does not work for either team unless Dallas also takes on GPII as you mentioned. At that point, I think Dallas has to walk away.

Why GSW will take this trade offer? More money committed into cap space, but without any clear talent upgrade.
