Great share, totally tracks with my perception. There simply haven't been many, if any, times that I was mad at MLF for not going for it. This is a very small sample size, and there's a bunch of "4th-and-5ish" plays in there that are just barely coded as "go for it" situations in the algorithm. The algorithm also seems totally binary, so an attempt that would increase your win probability 1% is apparently coded the same as one that increases it 5%, and MLF has declined to go for it on mostly the former type.

Not nearly enough context in that stat.
Wut we've got here is... faaailure... to communakate.

FAFO

The Lions confirmed to ESPN that the team has revoked the season tickets of a fan who had a pregame verbal altercation with Packers coach Matt LaFleur at Ford Field last week.

A TV camera caught the end of a heated exchange between LaFleur and Fahad Yousif, a Lions fan from Farmington Hills, Michigan, who was part of the group holding a giant flag for the national anthem last Thursday night.

LaFleur could be seen yelling at the fan but said his actions were provoked.

"I've never been a part of something like that," LaFleur said after Sunday's 34-31 loss to the Lions. "He was talking junk to our players, giving them the throat-slash sign. You're trying to de-escalate it, and then he gets in my face. I thought it was pretty unsportsmanlike.

"I've never seen that. I've been on many fields, and usually they police that much better. I thought it was an arrogant fan that wanted to get in a part of the action. I would like to see security, or something step in there and get him out of there, because it's, he shouldn't be doing that. Yeah."

Yousif confirmed the team's decision to The Detroit News and said he was "devastated" by the move after being contacted via email.

"The biggest gut punch, man," Yousif told The Detroit News on Thursday. "Just waking up and seeing that email and not being able to talk to somebody in person, it was a terrible feeling. I don't have my chance to give my side of the story or anything."

The 12-1 Lions are off to their best start in franchise history with 11 consecutive victories. On Sunday, they will return to Ford Field to host the Bills (10-3) in a matchup of Super Bowl contenders. Yousif, a lifelong Lions fan, said the team's success is "making it hurt even more."

"This has been my identity my whole life, and it's just ripped away from me over a small incident. It definitely could've been avoided on my end," Yousif told The Detroit News.

"I would let [the Lions] know I'm so sorry that I embarrassed this team. Like, this really wasn't my intention. I would apologize to anyone and do anything I could to get back in the stadium, supporting my team."

OBJ is available.. not sure if he's washed or not but we have a lot of Wicks slip ups that I'd rather have caught. That Watson fumble was also ridiculous but that's a diff topic

Gutey is not picking up a diva like OBJ to take snaps away from one of his young draft picks. That’s just not in his DNA

Hard no to OBJ. If a veteran CB somehow somehow ends up available though...

OBJ was decent for Baltimore last season but no, we don't want him.

The Packers defense is now up to #8 in DVOA. Ive prayed for times like this with a top 10 offense, a top 10 defense, and a special teams unit that isn't a disaster

Hopefully the Bears aren't listening and they keep doing the complete opposite.

But he sat behind Tim Boyle his rookie year. I was assured that means he was a wasted pick that we traded up for!

Something about developing QBs, we just can do it. It’s almost odd now for a first round pick to not start at some point during their rookie year.

Also looks like our GM is, uh, pretty pretty pretty good

Packer Viking game cannot be flexed to Sunday night (see below). But it's likely to be moved to the late window. Falcons/Commanders will likely stay Sunday night that week, there are no other options really.

Wasn't Commanders/Falcons flexed to Sunday night? And I thought it was confirmed that Packers/Vikings is staying at noon

Yes this afternoon. The above tweet explains why. I shouldn't have said will stay Sunday night instead of likely.

Cowboys/Eagles is the main late game so maybe Packers/Vikings stay early. Waste of a big game.

He's won defensive player of the week twice now, yet he's still a distant 4th amongst LB's in snap count behind Quay, Wilson, and McDuffie. Like, come the **** on Hafley. Explain yourself.

We've got a Ferrari in the garage all tuned up and ready for the playoffs. Feel like we've been building on defense the whole season. He'll be playing when it counts

Tbf this is mainly from early in the season when he didn't play at from being injured. He was 2nd in snaps for LB this past week only behind Wilson and that seems to be that they don't trust Cooper with having the green dot.

Last time he won it in Week 8 he got rewarded with only being ahead of McDuffie (19) in snap count the next week vs. Detroit. I'm not holding my breath. Dude needs to be on the field as much as possible and it shouldn't have taken Quay getting hurt for that happen.
