Im out of ideas. But what I do know is this roster is just way to small.
Kings out: Derozan, Devin Carter, Lyles, Huerter, 2nd(s)
Kings in: John Collins, scary terry, jaime Jaquez jr
Miami out: Rozier, Jaime, 2nds
Miami in: Devin Carter, derozan
Utah out: Collins
Utah in: huerter, lyles, 2nds
Why for sac? The team is tiny. Time to do anything to switch it up. We add a couple forwards who should fit with Keegan and Sabonis. Monk is the starter now so Terry assumes the bench scorer role, not ideal but gotta give to get.
Fox - Monk - Jaime - Keegan - Sabonis
Terry - Keon - Collins
Why for Miami? Jaime hasn't been the same this year. Rozier has not been great either. Derozan should be a great fit with Bam/Jimmy/Herro and can get back to closing. Devin was born to play for Spo, should be back soon and can develop as a guard of the future.
Why for Utah? Cut salary next year. Add a handful of 2nds.
Thoughts?

Don't see Mia touching this. I don't see how Sac is getting the other 3J without giving up anything of value

Hell no for Miami. He's having a sophomore slump but we're not giving up on him.

I'm not interested from Utah's standpoint. Don't see it for the Heat either.

A rookie who hasn't played a game and only known for one side of the court can't carry much

He was known to be injured when he was drafted. And experts loved the pick across the board as a guy who will make an impact the second he touches the floor. Maybe he's not enough for JJJ, but its debatable how much value he has. He was an older rookie drafted to the perfect team who makes UDFA look like studs consistently.
I could see the value being off between those 2 slightly, not massively.. The idea was that Derozan for Terry is in Miami's favor. Maybe not.
