This may seem crazy, but if she keeps playing like this, I think there's a shot that the Sparks take her at #2 (crushing the dreams of Sky fans).

For the Sparks and Sky both, they would need to really see Kiki as an absolutely transcendent talent to take her over Miles. Maybe they do, but if they see Miles and Kiki as similar overall talents, I think they'd go with Miles.

Even if #2 might seem high, it's not like the Sparks can trade down hoping to still land Miles because the Sky are right there.

Lynne Roberts and Tyler Marsh also happen to be coaches looking to get off a bunch of 3's.

I agree! I will say I haven't watched kiki as much as Miles, but i've watched a good amount of highlights.

Sparks are in a great position either way for next season. Pairing 6'3 Kiki with 6'4 Brink is a fun idea! You can never have enough size in the W right now. On the other side having Miles, Rickea & Brink is also a well balanced team.

Sky are praying for Miles though - adding another talented forward would create a log jam.

Big test today for the Heels.

GT is probably the most under the radar good team in the country.

GT has a really good freshman in Dani Carnegie.

Nice logo 3 (although the North Carolina state map makes for a very long logo).

Just a clinic by GT. Gakdeng and Kelly trying to keep the Heels in it, but GT just dominating on both sides of the floor.

GT very well may be the 2nd best team in the ACC.

iowa lost, hung in there the whole game but just couldn't get a basket when they needed it. went down to another high pressure team
defense was still really good (held msu 20+ points below their avg). this is good experience for the team, especially the freshman. should be a lot better later in the year

UConn finally got somebody going besides Paige and Strong. Ashlynn Shade pretty put much put the game against Iowa State out of hand in the 1st, and they all three went for 27+. If they can get more of that, and a healthy Fudd, that will go a long way.

UNC about to tip off with Florida in a bit. Florida isn't having a very good year, but they do have Shaq's daughter, Me'Arah.

And Michigan may have lost last night, but man they are so much fun.

If Swords, Holloway, and Olson stay together for 3-4 years, they could do some special things.

Juju vs Paige tomorrow will be a lot of fun.

Excited to see which one of them will stake a claim to being the 2nd best player in the country, as Hidalgo watches with her feet up on the couch, having already dominated both of them.

Definitely will be tuning into this game and have the Warriors game on as well. Haven't watched a full bueckers or juju game in a while, but highlights and re-watching past big matchups on youtube.

Bueckers is being judged every game as she will likely be the hands down #1 pick to Dallas.

Here we go...I love how college sports starts right on time.

Currently watching/waiting for Warriors vs Wolves game on at 5pm too and they're going to start like 5:15.

Needless to say, but JuJu's game is so smooth.

Man, that game delivered in every possible way. Everybody showed up.

Really impressed that UConn came back. I thought it was over.

Strong is so good. If Paige and Kiki weren't coming out at the same time, that game very well could have had 4 #1 overall WNBA draft picks.

Even in a loss, that's the best I've felt about UConn all year. If Fudd ever gets healthy, Paige might finally get that title.

Obviously, USC looks great. It was Kennedy Smith's first game back. Not a huge game, but I think she's a difference maker for them.

I hope we get to see these two teams play again this year.

Any opinions on Bueckers? Can kiki steal the #1 pick or does Bueckers have it secured? Felt she had a quiet game overall, but still was able to do her part. I want to see her be the point more or at least have the ball in her hands more and not off ball.

I'm checking out Kansas State playing Cincinnati right now -- Ayoka Lee intrigues as a W prospect. 6'6 Center

I think she's definitely got it secured. She seems to be able to do it all.

She may not be a pure PG, but I think her versatility makes her even more valuable. She can be effective on or off the ball. Can distribute, but moves well off the ball. Can score in so many ways. Can defend multiple positions.

She's just being asked to do so much this year. It's awesome that Strong is so good as a freshman, but they are still searching for a consistent 3rd option and the 2nd option is a freshman.

I was really impressed by her game last night. That first half was brutal for the whole team. Paige started slow, but I felt she was the main catalyst to the comeback. It seems like she started to take off when they took the Juju defensive responsibilities off her plate in the 2nd half.

I think last night's game really highlights why some people (like me) find the women's game more compelling than the men's game.

That game simply is not possible in the men's game.
Four players with #1 overall talent.
Two are seniors, and one is a sophomore.
The other is a freshman that we will get to watch grow and develop for a few years.

It sucks for the players, and who knows how long it lasts, but the 3-year rule and the relative lack of jobs/opportunities in the W lead to a more interesting college and pro game.

College game is stacked with talented veterans that people have watched develop (and many more coming down the pipeline).
Pro game is stacked because there are only 156 roster spots (soon to be 180).

Whether it's right or wrong is above my pay grade, but it's very entertaining.
