So all those reports of Doc&Bucks demise have been greatly exagerrated?![]()
It felt as if many fans have been just too happy watching Doc "struggle" for some unknown reason.
Whenever you have Giannis, it is always going to work out: Last night, The Freak personally made sure of that.
Though, I anticipate some more injuries soon if he keeps this bruiser-style-of-play, like one of those running backs
Giannis has been so good, for so long, that he has become underrated a bit IMO. He's been top 4 in MVP voting for 6 straight years. There is no chance in hell Indy gets by Milwaukee last year if Giannis had played (even some Indy fans, the few on this site, agree with that).
Bucks looked good, but then like the Lakers, the NBA Cup is the perfect format for an aging team, to look for that one last chance to win something. Only requires a few key wins (games).
What was more concerning was how the Thunder, considered one of the favorites to win the championship, got shut down by a team not really known now for its D.
