BLOW IT UP! This team is going nowhere, we don't even have a collection of picks that could be traded to add a a player. I'd be cool to trade all of them and start again.

Find the Iguodala and Crowder trade. Something so simple was so big. The Justise better crowd thought we gave a great young player away at the time lol. Same noise with JJJ and Jovic. Iguodala was holding out for months and Crowder wasn’t thought too highly either. Show some phucking balls again and get creative. Jovic was a back end first round selection that a bunch of teams passed on and JJJ was a projected 2nd rd pick as an older prospect who got vaulted into our pick due to being projected as the prototypical “Heat culture” pick.

I still think JJJ can get back on track and like what he showed last year, but I'd part with Jovic in a second.

I don’t think we are using JJJ right at all. It’s as if he went into offseason training to get minutes at PF and it took all his athletic ability away. Shame on the Heat front office yet again though for poor roster construction and always with this internal bullchit cause they messed up the cap so bad

Spo and Bam as captain and the leader of the team need to do better. Embarrassing.
For a long time it gave me nightmares, witnessing an injustice like that. It’s a constant reminder of just how unfair this world can be.I can still hear them taunting him, Silly Rabbit tricks are for kids.I mean why couldn’t they just give him some cereal?

Furthermore we’re just 26gm’s into his 2nd season. Not too many completely figure it out this early, esp w/ the roster we have. He’s in the right place to develop himself as a player.
If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

JJJ can for sure get back on track, people need to be patient with him, this is only his second year. Jovic on the other hand I'd move, I just don't see him ever having a rotation spot in a Spo rotation.

Christopher deserves to be backing up Herro here.

Stop feeding into this Bammy. Bam is not going anywhere.

While I agree that Bam isn’t going anywhere, this notion that Bam will be “freed” if he goes elsewhere is delusional, when our whole system has been built to cater to him, both to maximize his strengths and cover his weaknesses.

Exactly. He is an awesome defender and this defense literally caters to showcasing it. So he can switch to guard the perimeter as much (and often too much) as is needed.

As far as offense, he plays C here, despite being woefully undersized, because of his limited offense.

Defensively, he's the cornerstone and a true force. But you can't let players like Bitadses or Durien get the best of you.

Come on, Bam, you should be dominating these slower bigs.

That part was baffling. But again, I think it comes down to size. True Cs/bigger players aren't as affected by his defense. But I also think he'd do better against them if he stayed on them. What someone else mentioned earlier, which is that he often switches onto the perimeter TOO easily, is true. He lets teams off the hook a lot with that.

Its mostly the system and too much penetration being allowed on the perimeter causing this, but there are also times where I've seen guys show and get back. Bam would do the team well to have that mindset more often, to show but stay on the big. Draymond is a master of this, and that's really who Bam needs to be archetyping at this point.

The older Butler gets the less his trade value becomes. His trade value is higher now than it will be at the deadline. It will be even lower this summer

Where is this narrative coming from that Goga dominated Bam in their matchup and Bam couldn’t stop him while Goga was locking him down on the other end?

Bam shot 75% when defended by Goga last night, Goga had 2 points on 1 shot attempt against Bam.

You need to talk to Spo about having Dru Terry etc. on opposing centers because he likes to run Bam at the top from time to time (not near as much as you all are trying to make it seem to appease Bams lack of size lol he runs far more drop now than ever but I know 95% of the forum doesn’t even understand wtf that means)

Yea we need those kind of guys to cater to Bams deficiencies because it’s Bams fault every other big on the roster sucks. It’s his fault the 6’10 Jovic sucks so bad he was demoted from starter to completely out of the rotation. Now we have to go super small to make up for Bam doing that to Jovic and for him making Kevin Love so old
