The problem with Guano's argument is that as prices to attend games, and prices to stream games, continue to go up, an increasing number of fans will not be able to watch. At some point, the CBA could specify $billions in salary but there might not be the revenues to sustain it. Even if they can sustain it, do they really want to keep out the fans who often come from their own neighborhoods? Especially at this time of year, greed plays out badly.

Julius Randle is trash and most of the board knew it. Only a few fools liked him. We were taunted for 5 years while we had to watch this garbage ass bum play here. Many of us tried to be fair and hope for the best. He showed flashes but, in the end we were just coping with the fact that it looked like no one would ever want him and we would never get rid of him.

Leon is genius and that cancerous trash ass bum bytch player is gone. He's a bench big on a title team. Nothing more. I said it for years and I knew it in my heart but, I tired to root for him to change out of desperation. Quite a few of us did. Now that nightmare is over.

You say this, but at the time I was citing every measurable and all the body language ****. AND

The fact that TWO teams let him walk for NOTHING. Teams don't let true positive players walk for nothing. Tons of people on this board just called me a hater.

Nevertheless, Payton is not a finished product yet and unless the team moves him in a couple of weeks, I anticipate him trending upward with this coaching staff.

They’re not, but how are you going to defend the owners, who have the real eff you money? Like in Philadelphia, they have the Sixers owner basically deciding that he wants an arena where he wants, so he’s basically destroying Chinatown there to get it. No NBA player has that power in the league.

Hell, I remember when Linsanity happened and the Knicks raised prices. Lin was just a minimum guy sleeping on sofas at that point.

I’ll say this though…the sports leagues in America are so worried they’re losing Gen Z and yet they have made tickets unaffordable. Some, like MLB, are even closing down their minor leagues, which are basically the affordable versions of their game in local communities. So I do agree with what you’re saying, just not who is responsible.
