Our team defense was not good enough and we struggled with lazy turnovers, among other things.

C's had a bad 1st half, a good 3rd quarter, but then kinda sucked again to start the 4th and weren't able to steal it at the end, despite an exciting run in the last few minutes. In related news: Caleb Martin is not my favorite. Oh yeah and KP is banged up again.

I guess I'm gonna try to shake it off and enjoy the rest of the holiday. Because what else am I gong to do?

I'm not concerned about this loss with the sole exception of Jaylen Brown's 5 Turnovers, 0-3 Free Throws and numerous chippie misses on a 10-23 FG day.

This loss also demonstrates the defensive importance of Jrue Holiday.

You'd think that when Pritch was 1-7 he'd holster his empty gun but no, he ended up 1-9. Ugh !.

That's it. Nothing more to say. Phili obviously played their best game of the year, one of the few with all their guys, and the Celtics forgot to run the tape of Caleb Martin destroying them in the Miami series a few years back so the Celtics were foolish enough to let Martin go 7-9 from 3 by not defending him as well as they should have. Again, another area where Jrue Holiday's presence would have had a bigger impact, because of the defensive assignments shifting.

Only a 4 point loss in spite of it all, including only 13 minutes from Kristaps Porzingis.

Sixers are garbage but the celtics put on another garbage performance. I been saying this team just doesn’t look like last year’s team. Not shooing it consistently well like last year. Very lazy , flat, uninspired etc.
