I’m curious if he changed something about his form to get out of the slump or if there’s something else going on in his workouts that took him from shooting in the 20s to the 40s one month to the next. Or if it was just a confidence thing or what. Either way his shot looks better than ever. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to buy into it based on a few good games but it’s been a month of great shooting now I think it’s safe to say he’s back

I posted early on in the thread that I thought he was making modular changes to the shot. AKA that weird thing he was doing was basically a workout to move from point A to point C by way of point B. I'm sticking with that. His shot looks different than it did in the past but in a totally good way.

His release is so fast and so high, that most of his shots look like rushed and awkward bad shots...

Its funny cause he has 2 different shots.
The "clunky" form is still there with him set shot. The 2 stationary corner 3s he hit, both had that slow release - and he ripped them through the net.
The shot on the move is super quick, and is objectively beautiful.
