And the Jays free agent pool continues to decrease. I wish Rogers would just clean house right now and let a new experienced front office make the big decisions before the season starts. These 2 idiots are over their head and can't be trusted with our 2 best assets heading into free agency.

Not that surprised, but the Dodgers and their deferrals are getting out of hand and really annoying, at some point MLB has to step in and put a stop to this nonsense, you can't have teams just continuing to defer large salary payments.

I don't disagree that MLB prefers teams like the Dodgers and Yankees being competitive every season. However, I also think it's in the league's best interest to maintain some level of parity... Not many team owners have the significant resources coming in from their team on a year in year out basis to know they'll be able to afford the deferred payments in the future while still being able to put a competitive team on the field during those years the past deferrals need to be paid.
