If the Lakers want those two to build out their rotation, the Lakers sending Vincent + draft capital to Brooklyn rounds out a reasonable three-way deal.
I tend to believe the reports that the Nets aren't interested in taking back long-term salary. Also, if Vincent and seconds returned DFS, the Lakers would just take DFS.
I prefer Rui to DFS for the Cavs given age, health, and contract personally. DFS is a walk risk but something like Okoro and Niang for Sharpe and DFS works as well. If the Cavs preferred DFS over Rui for whatever reason I’m sure they’d just send Rui too Brooklyn and DFS to Cleveland.
