As Chief of minutes police I'd first like to say our department is happy with the win, but as an officer of the minutes law we are horrified by what took place tonight. Multiple high level crimes took place, multiple terrorist minutes abuse. This cannot go on, and as such we are bumping Thomas Joseph Thibodeau Jr to number 1 on our list of terrorists.
