Game 32: Kings (13-18) @ Lakers (17-13)

Post#1 » by codydaze » Sun Dec 29, 2024 3:22 am

Game 1 of the Doug Christie era begins tonight in LA against a Lakers team that is looking for a season series sweep but will be without Lebron James. Domas is available tonight so the team should be at full health and ready to go.

Fox energy out the gates tonight. Seems to be focus on pushing the pace and shooting 3s. I like it. Less sagging on defense and I can live with whatever result.

Shots going in from 3 tonight.

Didn't notice any immediate changes with Doug yet.

Reaves is on fire. We can't stop them at the rim whatsoever. But the offensive energy is there tonight.

if we aren't even going to get any new coach play for a couple games, this thing could fall off the tracks with a worse coach.. changes still needing to be made personnel wise..

at least we are keeping the pick

Great response by sac! I'm loving the pace and energy. So refreshing to see the team run on misses!

Good start to the second when the team looked poised for a loss though

Giving up 40 in the first. Same old.

There is some more energy though, just got to stop giving up open 3s.

Refs making an impact this quarter. Kings had too much momentum

The nets are taking Keegan for Cam (hopefully), not Devin (after the year, don’t mess with the pick now)

Nice defensive sub to end the quarter.

If the Lakers shoot 52% from 3 in the 2nd half it's good night. Need to stay with the man in the corners and the Kings win this.

This game was a sham. Kings came out responding very strong and the 2nd and 3rd were controlled by the refs. Never allowing momentum. Now the kings rolled over as the 3s aren't dropping. **** the refs so tired of this ****.

That was brutal. Couple of really tough calls there.

Time to sit the big minute guys and let some others guys get some run.
