Surprisingly we are ahead of a few decent teams in attendance.

Hard to get a rhythm when your coach is playing awful rotations. No other team in the league is playing 3 centers every night, but hey lets keep trying it... Mark playing 22, Richards playing 14 and Moussa playing 12 is a terrible strategy. Lee was probably pissed Melo, Miller and Martin were out last night and he only got to play a 10 man rotation instead of 12.

I also think the main reason Diabate has been better in Def Rating is that our team whether it be coaching staff or players can't execute the drop coverage. Richards and Mark are primarily running that and none of our guards are good enough to get over screens so it is just ends with a 2-1 at the rim far to often. Diabate is able to switch that action a lot more makes things tougher.

However, plenty of teams run drop coverage and can make it work with worse athletes than Nick and Mark, which makes me think some of that is just bad coaching.

There was a stretch against the Wizards where it seemed Mark was blocking or altering everything and totally dominating on D even though the Wizards were still getting attempts at the rim. Then again, it's the Wizards, but there's no way we're seeing Mark at full strength at this point, and he's still basically a sophomore with all the time he's missed.

The rotations. the pessimist in me says it's desperation thanks to all the losing, but the optimist also says Lee's just auditioning people for when the FO does make a move. But then, I'd expect Nick to get more playing time since he's always brought up in trade talk, but it seems the opposite's happening.
